The Bowie Economic Development Corporation received zoning change request by the planning & zoning commission at their regular April meeting. BEDC requested the Business Park zoning be changed from Heavy Industrial to Light Industrial to better market the property and serve future prospects. The request will be reviewed by the Council for final decision on Monday, May 13, 2019 at 6:00PM. For information about the change request and P&Z approval contact our office at 940-872-4193. The Bowie Business Park is located on US287 and FM1125 and is a complete ‘shovel-ready’ park with full utilities and roads.
